Kate is a member of the research team at Odgers Berndtson. 

We have the largest team of expert researchers in the UK based in our offices across England, Scotland and Wales. The majority specialise in a particular sector or function. The role of researcher is to identify key individuals for our clients by understanding the clients’ needs, mapping the market, identifying and approaching individuals and assessing their interest and fit for the role.
