Maricarmen Barbachano

Maricarmen is a Researcher in Odgers Berndtson Mexico, she has broad search experience including the Energy, Aerospace, IT, Consumer Products, Media Entertainment, and Oil & Gas sectors. 

She is responsible of carrying-out top-level candidates search, and for the monitoring of the whole search process, working together with Partners and other consultants.

Before joining Odgers Berndtson, she worked in different global companies in the Petrochemical sector and for other executive search firms, executing the research, recruitment and selection of top executive candidates.

She graduated from the Commercial Academy & Linguistic Center.
