Natalie Dosanjh

Natalie Dosanjh is an associate within the Global Life Sciences team, based in the London office.

She specialises in senior executive leadership searches in pharmaceuticals and biotech across R&D functions including drug discovery, pre-clinical and clinical development. She has over a decade’s experience of recruitment, and prior to joining Odgers Berndtson worked for a boutique pharmaceutical recruitment company specialising in director level roles in clinical research, medical affairs and regulatory. Natalie holds a BSc from Monash University in Melbourne, specialising in pharmacology and physiology.
