Duygu Kayaalp

Duygu Kayaalp is a Partner at Odgers Berndtson's Istanbul office.

Her search experience includes senior management assignments in General Management, Finance, Human Resources and IT functions for clients in a broad range of industries. She also has extensive experience in Executive Talent Review and Leadership Development projects. She started her career in a global hotel chain in the USA. Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson, she had close to ten years of Human Resources Management experience in the tourism industry. 

Duygu Kayaalp holds an MBA degree from Istanbul Technical University and a BA degree in Tourism Administration & Hotel Management from Mediterranean University. She is a graduate of Saint Benoit French High School and she speaks fluent French and English.
