Eloise Moodie is a Partner in Odgers Berndtson’s Leadership Advisory Practice and leads the firm’s Succession Management and Talent Development offerings, known as ASPIRE.

Eloise’s experience encompasses succession and talent development solutions for public and private sector clients throughout North America. She leverages her deep experience in executive leadership assessment, coaching, and team effectiveness to seamlessly work with organisations at all stages of growth as they identify the gaps and potential in their top teams, develop leaders ready to lead transformation, and maximise the impact of their C-suite. 

Eloise partners with organisations who are transforming their approach to talent and leadership, facing new business challenges or scaling while looking to future-proof their culture. She brings innovative leadership solutions as a trusted advisor, creating thriving coaching cultures, strategic succession approaches, and highly aligned boards and executives. 

Eloise received her master’s degree from Western University in Industrial/Organisational Psychology and her bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Calgary. She earned her Organisational Coaching Certificate from the University of British Columbia and is an ICF Certified Executive Coach. She is based in Calgary, Alberta and works across Canada and North America.
