Jad Ghoussaini

Jad Ghoussaini is a Researcher within the Industrial Practice at the Odgers Berndtson Middle East office based in Dubai.

Before joining Odgers Berndtson, Jad was a Researcher at an executive search firm based in Beirut. Prior to this, he worked for a think-tank in Beirut where he contributed to various research projects.

He holds a MSc degree in International Public Policy from Royal Holloway University of London and a BA in Political Science & International Affairs with a minor in conflict analysis and resolution from the Lebanese American University in Beirut. With a deep commitment to supporting humanitarian causes and a passion for promoting positive social impact, he actively engages in various community service organisations to make a meaningful contribution to society.
