Jean Minier

Jean has an extensive track record of recruiting executives to key leadership positions for the Japan operations of mainly US and European clients.

This includes numerous leadership roles in Pharmaceutical, CRO companies, and clients in other areas of the Life Sciences sector. 

Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson, Jean was a Director at a Japanese boutique Life Sciences search firm, and he has worked in executive search in Japan since 2011.

Jean graduated with an MA from University of Toulouse II in International Law: Negotiation and Redaction of  International Contracts, and has been living in Japan since the early 2000s. He speaks fluent Japanese and English, and his mother language is French.
