Nick Ketley

Nick Ketley is a Senior Consultant with Odgers Berndtson, based in Toronto.

He focuses on supporting Partners and Principals in the Education Practice by driving service delivery, including developing candidate pools, qualifying candidates, and supporting client relationships.

He has over nine years of experience in executive search gained in Canada and the United Kingdom, serving both private and public sector clients. Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson, Nick has worked at boutique executive search firms in Toronto and London, UK. These roles included responsibility for search delivery as well as management, training, and development of search teams.

Nick graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from St Mary’s University in London, UK.
