Robin Farley

Robin is a Partner in the Financial Services Practice, based in London.

Robin works with executive committees and boards to appoint Chief Risk Officers, Chief Compliance Officers and senior risk, compliance, financial crime and regulatory executives across the financial services spectrum.

Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson in 2011, Robin was a strategy consultant at Monitor Group (now Monitor Deloitte) in New York, where he worked on a number of engagements for Fortune 500 companies, governments and not-for-profit organisations. He began his career at JPMorgan Chase in their corporate and investment bank.

Robin is currently a Non-Executive Director of B&A Limited, a listed Indian business with interests in tea, packaging and heritage tourism. He has lived in a number of cities across the globe including London, Tokyo, Hong Kong, New York, Paris and Kolkata. Robin graduated from the University of Bristol with a degree in French and Economics.
