Simon Havers

Simon is a public sector headhunter in Odgers Berndtson’s Government Practice, based in London. His main focus is conducting executive and non-executive searches for central government.

Earlier in his career, he worked within the public sector, completed an MBA with a specialisation in public sector management and has served on the boards of directors of a number of outsourcing companies supplying central and local government. Simon has also been Chair of the BVCA, the public policy advocate for the private equity and venture capital industry in the UK.

He has a first-class honours degree in engineering and management from Cambridge University and is a chartered management accountant. Simon’s primary responsibility is conducting searches in the public sector, but he also provides support in the PE and VC sectors.
