Paras Munjal

Paras Munjal is a Associate with Odgers Berndtson based in Delhi NCR.

He is a member of the firm's Industrial and Consumer, Retail, & Media practice with a special focus on senior-level mandates across Manufacturing, FMCG & Omnichannel Retail, Renewable Energy & Fuel, Broadcast Media, IT/ ITES, and allied sectors.

He brings over nine years of industry experience, having previously worked with leading multinational executive search firms. He has successfully handled senior-level mandates across general management, functional, and varied business leadership roles for domestic and global organizations.

He began his career in 2012 with Punj Lloyd Engineering, as part of their Oil & Gas engineering consultation team, and also gained international experience working on assignments in Malaysia as well.

Paras holds an MBA degree from ESSEC Business School (France) and has a Bachelor’s degree in Technology (B.Tech) in Mechanical Engineering from MDU.
