Duncan Hoggett

Duncan Hoggett is a Partner in the CFO Practice of Odgers Berndtson, based in London.

His primary focus is the appointment of Finance Directors and CFOs across all sectors in a range of businesses in the commercial sector across the Midlands and North of the UK. The CFO Practice is amongst the top three in the UK executive search market and handles nearly 20% of the firm's assignments each year. Duncan is also involved with searches for non-executive directorships when the requirement is to appoint a candidate with senior finance experience such as Audit Committee Chairs. Duncan joined Odgers Berndtson in 2010, initially working within the Interim Practice before moving into executive search in the Industrial Practice. Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson in 2010 Duncan worked with two large financial recruitment specialists in Leeds and London.

He has a degree from Leeds and an MA in Theology from Bristol University. In 2001, he successfully completed a European MBA at La Universidad Commercial in Bilbao, Spain.
