Michael Iversen

Michael Iversen is a partner in Odgers Berndtson’s Copenhagen office

He specialises in executive search, board member recruitment and board evalutation especially within the financial services sector, private equity and automotive. In addition, Michael works with executive search for leading roles across industries within strategic transformation, digital transformation, and commercial roles.

Michael is part of Odgers Berndtson’s global practice for Financial Services and global practice for Fintech.

Before joining Odgers Berndtson, Michael has, among other things, had executive roles at Alm. Brand, Nykredit, Forstædernes Bank and K.W. Bruun Import. His career counts 25 years of commercial experience at C level with P/L responsibilities, responsibility for strategic transformations and growth as well as establishment of new business areas and turnaround. In addition, Michael has extensive experience with IT and digital transformations.

Michael holds a bachelor’s degree from Copenhagen Business School followed by a master’s degree in management from Aarhus School of Business and Social Sciences.

Michael joined Odgers Berndtson in 2023.
