Oliver Dick

Oliver specialises in recruiting supply chain and logistics leadership appointments across all industry sectors.

Based in London, he also leads Odgers Berndtson's coverage of commercial, operational, and board search in the Logistics/3PL, Post & Parcel, Distribution, and B2B services sectors. He works with major listed businesses, SMEs, and growth companies looking to transform their operating model and build greater resilience and agility through their supply chain. 

Oliver began his search career in New York, before returning to London to work for a market-leading Search firm specialising in banking, capital markets and professional services. He has over 20 years’ search experience and has recruited for both major blue-chip companies and entrepreneur-led start-ups in the UK, Europe, Asia, and the US. Previously, he worked in investment banking and management consulting, covering sectors including support services, FMCG, healthcare, industrials, and TMT.

Oliver has an LLB (Hons) in Law from the University of Sheffield and an MBA from Imperial College.
