Melnette Guarino-Ortega

Melnette joined Odgers Berndtson Middle East in November 2023 as Project Coordinator, based in the Dubai office, supporting Leadership & Advisory Practice.

Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson, Melnette worked for almost 7 years at another global search firm in Dubai. She has an extensive background in project coordination, executive assistance, and administrative support.

Melnette holds a Degree in Bachelor of Science – Major in Information Management from University of St. La Salle – Bacolod in the Philippines.
