Shiney Joy

Shiney joined Odgers Berndtson Middle East in January 2011 and is based in the Dubai office.

As the Office Manager and Project Manager, she has adeptly led numerous initiatives within the firm. With a robust background in project management, Shiney has successfully overseen complex projects and ensured operational efficiency. 

Prior to her tenure at Odgers Berndtson, Shiney was employed by a Health Care company, where she refined her skills in managing intricate projects. Subsequently, she spent two and a half years at another global search firm in Dubai, further enhancing her expertise in project coordination and execution.

Shiney holds a Degree in Hotel Management, which has endowed her with a distinctive perspective on client service and operational efficiency.
