Vineeta Chopra is a Consultant based in the New Delhi office of Odgers Berndtson.

She specializes in executive search for the Industrial practice of the firm working for clients in Automotive OEM, Components, Discrete Manufacturing, Industrial Automation, Process Manufacturing, Power & Renewables sectors.

Vineeta is also the India Practice Leader for the Diversity & Inclusion Practice.

She is passionate about the DEI agenda and helps clients maximize their performance by having a diverse workforce. She possesses exceptional track record of placing gender diverse talent in key roles of the business across functions.

Since joining Odgers Berndtson in 2014, she focuses on identification and appointment of senior leaders for Industrial clients for business, functional and board level roles. As a seasoned executive search professional, she is committed to support clients with desired talent for delivering their business strategy & results.

She is a Science graduate from the Himachal Pradesh University and started her career in 2009 in the Education sector.

Vineeta grew up in the hills of Dalhousie, India and currently lives in Gurgaon.
