Pierre Hervé-Bazin

Pierre Hervé-Bazin is an Executive Search Consultant in Odgers Berndtson’s Brussels office.

He focuses on several industrial sectors: Chemical & Processes, Minerals & Mining, Energy & Utilities, Construction & Building Materials and Manufacturing sectors. He is also a member of the HR Functional Practice and of the talent leadership consulting team.

Pierre spent the first 10 years of his pre-headhunting career in Sales and Marketing, working for international electrical products manufacturers Legrand and Siemens in France, the UK and Germany. He then joined the industry practice of recruitment consultancy Alexandre Tic in France and took over the Toulouse office as Regional Director two years later. He was subsequently hired by the French energy specialist Areva, where he created the Group Talent Acquisition activities. In 2008, Pierre moved to Brussels to assume the position of European Staffing Director with global railway transport leader Bombardier Transportation.

A French citizen, Pierre holds a master’s degree in General Management from ESLSCA Business School and in International Trade from the Paris Sorbonne University. He is fluent in French, English, and German.
