Katie Thomas

Katie Thomas is a Partner in the Consumer, Retail & Leisure Practice and a member of the Board and CEO Practice, based in London.

She brings over 25 years of experience in executive search, and an extensive international network, advising clients in all sub-sectors of the consumer industry. Her focus is on CEO and executive committee appointments. She has advised companies in multiple international markets and transferred talent across different geographies.

Katie has a passion for brands and enabling organisations to handle the ever-changing evolution in consumer behaviours and emerging trends. A core focus is finding leaders to drive transformation including digitisation, as well as identifying and developing future leaders, focusing on diversity and inclusion for her clients.

Previous search experience includes working for two highly respected independent boutiques in the UK, and 13 years as a partner for one of the leading global search firms, where she co-led the global retail and luxury practice.
Katie graduated from the University of East Anglia with a BA (Hons) in the History of Art and Architecture.
