Hermina Khara is a Partner within Odgers Berndtson’s Executive Search Practice, based in Vancouver.
In this capacity, she specializes in identifying and recruiting high-performing leaders and teams across a diverse range of industries, including retail and technology. With a proven track record in talent acquisition and human resources, Hermina has demonstrated a strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). Her experience includes establishing diversity equity committees and fostering employee resource groups, showcasing her dedication to creating inclusive workplaces. By championing initiatives that celebrate diversity and empower underrepresented voices, Hermina exemplifies her passion for driving positive change in organizational cultures.
Before joining Odgers Berndtson Canada, Hermina held HR roles of increasing responsibility at Alida over a 10-year span, culminating in her appointment to the position of Senior Vice President, People & Culture. In this pivotal role, she spearheaded Alida’s human resources strategy across 14 countries making significant contributions to its global expansion. Before her time at Alida, she garnered valuable expertise in talent acquisition at a variety of companies in Western Canada, ultimately co-founding a successful recruitment agency.
