Before joining Odgers Berndtson Canada, Hermina held HR roles of increasing responsibility at Alida over a 10-year span, culminating in her appointment to the position of Senior Vice President, People & Culture. In this pivotal role, she spearheaded Alida’s human resources strategy across 14 countries making significant contributions to its global expansion. Before her time at Alida, she garnered valuable expertise in talent acquisition at a variety of companies in Western Canada, ultimately co-founding a successful recruitment agency.
