Stephen Fredericksz

Stephen Fredericksz is a Principal in the Johannesburg Office of Odgers Berndtson.

His primary focus is on the Education, Industrial and Retail & Consumer sectors. Stephen has worked in the executive search and leadership consulting industry for over a decade. Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson, Stephen worked for a number of years in the Johannesburg office of Heidrick & Struggles, undertaking both executive search and leadership consulting assignments across Sub-Saharan Africa. Before relocating back to South Africa in 2011, Stephen started his career with Saxton Bampfylde a leading executive search and assessment boutique in London, where he worked on international Board and C-Suite assignments.

Stephen holds a bachelor's degree in Politics, Philosophy & Economics (PPE) from the University of Cape Town and a Postgraduate Management Diploma in Marketing & Advertising Communication from the Red & Yellow School of Advertising in Cape Town.
