Felix Chan

Felix Chan is an Associate at Odgers Berndtson Hong Kong Office.

He specialises in the education and government sectors. He has worked on appointments for local statutory bodies, local universities, schools and some sizeable commercial organizations.

He has worked in various senior leadership roles and heads of administrative functions at universities. For corporate functions, he has also worked on roles in compliance, operations and HR. Geographically, he has worked on roles in Greater China, Singapore, India, and Europe. 

He holds a master’s and doctoral degree in Philosophy from King’s College London. He speaks Cantonese, Mandarin Chinese and English. He has completed the accredited training for administering Savile Wave leadership assessment.
