Suzy Foisy

Suzy Foisy is a Project Manager at Odgers Berndtson, based in Ottawa.

She specialises in managing and coordinating search activities for public sector appointments, including Crown Corporations across various sectors.

In her role, Suzy oversees the timelines of the search process, ensuring key milestones are met according to the approved work plan. She liaises with clients (Project Authorities) and active candidates to manage logistics and handles all administration and documentation throughout the search process, including report preparation and submission.

Before joining Odgers Berndtson in 2016, Suzy gained valuable experience in recruitment, administration, and customer service. Fluently bilingual in both official languages, she holds a certificate in Office Administration from Algonquin College.
