Under his leadership, the company has more than doubled in size, expanded into 7 new countries, and expanded into the offline world, where it now operates 7 stores in 3 countries. He has introduced innovative services such as Bonami Courier, Bonami Stores, Bonami Kitchen and Bonami Interior Design.  

Pavel has extensive experience in various business sectors. After completing his MBA at Bradley University in the USA, he worked in finance at Sanford Corporation. He also worked at the prestigious consulting firm McKinsey, where he gained in-depth knowledge in strategy consulting. He later held the role of Commercial Director at Centrum Holdings and Economia, where he focused on the growth of digital media. He also served on the board of AWT.  

His leadership style is characterised by open communication, non-hierarchical organisation and an emphasis on personal accountability of the team. A day spent with Paul is an opportunity to learn how to successfully manage an expanding e-commerce company and build an innovative company culture.  

In his spare time he loves sports, music and entertainment, so a day with him will not only be inspiring but also full of energy and adventure.
