Hubert Lindenblatt

Hubert Lindenblatt is Senior Advisor in the Frankfurt office of Odgers Berndtson.

Hubert built up the Life Science Practice in the DACH region in the late 90ies and was later significantly involved in building up the Global Practice through the acquisition of two global accounts. Today, his range of consulting includes recruiting senior executives for companies in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device and diagnostics industries. His client base includes multinational as well as small and medium sized companies. In more than 30 years of executive search, Hubert has built an excellent international network which gives him excellent access to top talents for his clients. Hubert also works for selected companies in the chemical industry.

In his role as key member of the Global Supply Chain Practice, Hubert successfully supports companies of different sizes in recruiting CPO/Supply Chain Heads who drive the transformation of their Supply Chain organizations.

Holding a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Hubert has been with Odgers Berndtson since 1985, previously having worked as a Human Resources Manager at ICI for eight years.
