In the wake of global developments and the changing regulatory framework, a large number of companies have already embarked on the path to sustainable corporate governance. We see the right team composition and cooperation as a basic prerequisite for a successful transformation. Through a supplementary self-assessment of company management, we also enable an integrative view of the decisive corporate bodies and provide additional information for further development and improving opportunities in the transformation competition.

The new assessment is also part of Odgers Berndtson's general ESG strategy: we are the first international executive search consultancy to receive accreditation from the Science Based Targets initiative and are thus committed to reducing emissions in accordance with the Paris Agreement.
