Beatriz is a Research with Odgers Berndtson Spain and provides research support for executive searches across financial services, professional services, industrial, technology and functional practices.

Earlier in her career, she was a HR specialist for a  top-tier firm in Spain.

Beatriz holds a Bachelor Degree in Labour Sciences from the University of Granada.
