João Reis Santos

Currently working as a Principal for Odgers Berndtson Portugal.

João focuses on Leadership & Talent Strategy, while also supporting the brand’s Executive and Talent Assessment and Top Team Effectiveness services.

He also works on projects for some of the main organisations in Portugal, focusing on topics such as Change Management, Talent Management, Organizational Culture, Team Effectiveness, along with Assessment Centre projects, including the definition of Evaluation and Development methodologies. Prior to Odgers Berndtson, João was at RAY Human Capital where he participated in Talent Acquisition projects for middle management positions in various sectors and functional areas.

He holds a degree in Psychology with a major in Human Resources from the University of Lisbon.
