Ron Bloemperk

Ron is a Leadership Consultant at Odgers Berndtson helping people and companies grow with purpose and inclusive leadership practices.

He specialises in leadership development and assessment, individual and team executive coaching, change management, business psychology, organisation development, talent and team development and well-being across different industries. Ron is a public speaker on leadership, purpose, work and life.

He built his business experience in Europe and the USA and held international executive HR positions at Bandag, Ansell and Schneider Electric. Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson he worked as a Management Consultant.

Ron studied business and leadership and is a graduate of Harvard Business School. He is fluent in English, Dutch and French.
