Summer 2023 Series: What do we have to be cheerful about?
In this episode: Ollie Joyce, Global Chief Transformation Officer, Mindshare
Ollie Joyce is Mindshare’s Global Chief Transformation Officer, working across global client teams to design future fit teams, processes, and tech solutions that accelerate growth.
He is also the exec lead of GroupM’s media decarbonisation workstream, which aims to reduce emissions from media distribution by 50% by 2030, and has published work on how the industry needs to help accelerate growth in sustainable consumption.
Prior to this, Ollie led Mindshare’s international client capabilities out of New York, he has led global relationships and produced Cannes and Effie award winning work with organisations including Nike, Dyson, and Volvo.
He has an MBA from Imperial College London, and has just completed the Cambridge University Business Sustainability Management Course.

Autumn 2021 Series: What does the next generation of media leader look like?

Dawn is a veteran of the media industry, having worked in television for 30 years, holding senior positions with the majority of the United Kingdom’s commercial broadcasters. CEO of Getty Image between 2015-2018 and continues her role on the board there today. In 2019, Dawn joined the Board of Blackbird as a Non-Executive Director.
Dawn has held leadership positions at many major UK media companies, including President of a unit of RTL Group, Channel 5’s parent company, and Chairwoman and Chief Executive of Channel 5, where she oversaw all operations. She also worked as Managing Director of Global Content at ITV where she oversaw its UK and international production and content businesses. Prior to that, she served as Managing Director, Channels and Services, at BSkyB, the UK’s largest pay-TV broadcaster.
