As the Marketing Manager at Odgers Berndtson Ireland, Ruth plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing the marketing strategy for one of Ireland’s leading executive search firms. With a keen understanding of the executive search landscape, Ruth excels at crafting targeted campaigns that elevate the firm’s brand presence, attract top-tier clients, and engage high-calibre candidates.

Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson, Ruth gained valuable experience at The Convention Centre Dublin (The CCD), where she spent her time focusing on securing international conferences for Ireland. Her role involved organising, managing, and hosting several high-profile events in collaboration with conference ambassadors—skills that seamlessly translate into her current role.

In addition to her professional experience, Ruth holds an Undergraduate degree in Law and English, bringing a strategic and analytical mindset to her marketing work. She is also a certified digital marketing professional, having completed a UCD Professional Diploma aligned with the Digital Marketing Institute, further enhancing her ability to deliver innovative marketing solutions.
