Christopher Bollinghaus

Chris Bollinghaus is Chief Operating Officer of Odgers Berndtson in the UK.

He has responsibility for the firm’s people, process and operations. His previous career was primarily in the defence and security field.

He started as a policy analyst for a research institute in Brussels before moving to the Ministry of Defence, where he spent twelve years in a variety of policy and management roles. He then moved to a high tech products company, where he held a senior business development role setting up the company’s Latin America business. Chris graduated from Queens’ College, Cambridge with a degree in Classics. He also has an MA in International Relations from Johns Hopkins University in Washington DC.
