Nilajit Ghosh

Nilajit is a Partner with Odgers Berndtson, based in Gurgaon. He is a member of the firm's Industrial and Technology practice with a special focus on senior-level leadership hires across Manufacturing, R&D and General Management roles. In the Technology domain, he works towards building leadership teams in emerging and advance technology areas like Digital, Industry 4.0, Analytics, Blockchain etc.

He brings more than two decades of extensive and diversified work experience across Consulting and Executive Search. He has held leadership positions in the areas of management, operations and technology consulting. He has been leading teams across organizations such as Rockwell Automation, Ernst & Young & Wipro.

Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson, Nilajit was associated with a global executive search firm as a Partner. He supported leading Indian & multinationals organizations for their leadership needs across domains like Manufacturing, R&D, Projects, Finance as also for wider General Management and CEO roles. 

Nilajit holds a MBA from MDI Gurgaon and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Calcutta University.
