Francisco Sanchez

Francisco Sanchez is a Senior Principal at Odgers Berndtson Portugal.

He initiated his career in 2002 at Deloitte, as a Financial Auditor, in TMT industry, for the first five years. In 2007, he shifted his focus towards the Human Resources, where he spent around 10 years at Ray Human Capital. During this time, Francisco specialized in Recruitment and Selection, and Talent Management projects. In 2017, he was invited to join Neves de Almeida HR Consulting, where he had the opportunity to lead projects in Executive Search and Assessment, in various sectors of activity, such as Banking and Insurance, Energy & Utilities, Pharmaceuticals, FMCG, Industry, Real Estate and TMT.

Since 2019, he has led the Executive Search Business Unit at Neves de Almeida RH Consulting. Francisco holds a degree in Business Administration from Instituto Superior de Gestão and a Postgraduate Program in Entrepreneurship and Innovation.
