Lina Sederavicius

Lina Sederavicius is a Leadership Solutions Manager – Innovation in Odgers Berndtson's Canadian Leadership Advisory Practice.

She is responsible for managing exceptional client experience that supports individuals and teams to drive sustainable leadership transformation and growth. She oversees complex solution offerings, ensuring high-quality delivery, building strong client relationships and addressing client needs through innovative solutions. Additionally, she works to lead innovative growth across the Leadership Advisory team to enable seamless operations and improve processes.

Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson, Lina spent seven years in the talent development industry in addition to a wide range of experiences in hospitality, not-for-profit and professional services firms. 

Lina graduated from the University of Leeds with an MA in Medieval Studies and holds certificates in Project Management in addition to holding National Coaching Certifications in Gymnastics and Archery. Lina volunteers in numerous clubs and committees dedicated to supporting sports in academic and youth organizations.
