Throughout his career, Brito has held key leadership roles in strategy, market analysis, and technical-economic feasibility at leading companies like Oracle and Infor, both renowned for their management software development.
He has extensive experience as a corporate strategy consultant, improving efficiency for top firms such as Booz-Allen, Monitor, Kearney, Accenture, and Global Performance.
Brito holds a degree in industrial engineering from Escola Politécnica (Poli-USP) and a postgraduate degree in business administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV-SP). He also specialized in corporate finance at IBMEC-SP (now Insper).
As a partner at TerraForum (now Globant), a consultancy focused on knowledge management and innovation, Brito made significant contributions to the field. He also led the market and client analysis division at Itaú’s Corporate Bank and played a pivotal role as Commercial and Special Projects Director during the successful turnaround of Rheem, a metal packaging manufacturer. Brito began his career at GE Plastics (now SABIC) in market development.
