Chania Stempowski

Chania is the joint Managing Director for the Sub-Saharan Africa business where she advises clients on board and senior executive appointments across Africa.

She leads the Retail & Consumer practice for Sub-Saharan Africa and has extensive experience across industries including Retail & Consumer, Healthcare, Manufacturing, and Mining. She actively participates in the firm’s financial management practice.

Before entering the search industry, Chania spent several years abroad working in the financial services sector. She began her career at PWC in South Africa, where she completed her articles and qualified as a Chartered Accountant.
