Dominik Legault

Dominik Legault is a Principal within Odgers Berndtson Canada’s Executive Search Practice and leads the firm’s ESG initiatives.

Specialising in the recruitment of senior executives in the public, private, NGO and for-profit sectors across Canada, she also draws upon her broad experience to support clients with their ESG, social impact, and sustainability leadership needs. She is also a key member of Odgers Berndtson’s global Sustainability Group, working alongside dedicated colleagues to align the firm’s practices with its SBTi approved targets.

Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson in 2015, Dominik worked as a programme officer and donor relations specialist in the not-for-profit sector, where she focused on international development, humanitarian aid, and genocide prevention in collaboration with government leaders in the Great Lakes region of Africa.

Dominik holds a bachelor's degree in international development and globalisation from the University of Ottawa and a master's degree in human rights and genocide studies from Kingston University in London, Siena, and Warsaw. In November 2021, she received a Postgraduate diploma in Corporate Social and Environmental Responsibility from St. Michael's College at the University of Toronto and currently leads its alumni regional chapter. She is based in Montréal and is fluently bilingual.
