Chris D' Amelio

Chris D’Amelio leads the Odgers Berndtson Sport, Media & Entertainment practice across the Middle East & North Africa.

Based in Dubai, he brings over a decade of experience in the delivery of global mega event workforce programs throughout Europe, Australia and the Middle East, including positions held at the London 2012 Olympics, Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games, Expo 2020 Dubai and the Qatar 2022 Football World Cup. With an in depth understanding and inside knowledge of major sports and entertainment organisational structures, Chris is passionate about supporting clients in building their teams for success.

As a former elite cyclist racing for teams across Europe, Chris still actively participates in a range of endurance sports throughout the region. Chris holds both a BAppSc in Human Movement and a Master of Business Administration from Deakin University in Australia.
