Martine Klutz

Martine Klutz leads the Financial Services Practice at Odgers Berndtson Belgium.

She oversees sector activities and collaborates with financial institutions and regulators to appoint Board, executive, and management committee members. Martine’s expertise also spans professional services and sports.

Previously, at Capgemini Invent, she served as Head of Financial Services and Vice President, driving transformative initiatives in operational efficiency, customer experience, regulatory compliance, and technology adoption. At Belfius, she held key roles in Strategy, Marketing, and Transaction Banking. As a Board Member and chairwoman of the Audit Committee at Isabel Group, she provided strategic oversight.

Martine began her career at BNP Paribas Group, where she held senior roles, including Managing Director for Corporate Coverage EMEA, building expertise in corporate finance. She also led talent development as Head of Talent Management and Learning.

Martine holds master’s degrees in economics and in Medico-Social & Hospital Sciences. She is a native French speaker with fluent Dutch and English.
