Melissa Horn

Melissa Horn is Head of the Education and Healthcare Practice for the Middle East based in Dubai, where she leads on senior executive searches across the region.

Melissa has recruited to a wide range of senior academic and leadership roles for universities and schools as well as leading a variety of complex and challenging leadership appointments within the healthcare sector in the region and internationally.

Before joining our Middle East office Melissa spent nine years in our London office working on a range of board level assignments in the healthcare and education sectors in the UK, Middle East and internationally.

Melissa has a degree in French and German from Bristol University.
