Dr. Marco Henry V. Neumueller

Dr. Marco Henry Neumueller advises companies on the appointment of senior executives in the manufacturing industry, technology sector (including medical technology and (opto-)electronics), automotive supply and consumer goods industry.

In addition to larger companies, private equity firms and family offices, his clients include medium-sized enterprises in general and family businesses as well as foundation companies in particular. He also supports medium-sized enterprises in their search for suitable individuals for their supervisory board and advisory board.

Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson in 2019, he was an Associated Partner and Head of Business Development Manufacturing at a consulting subsidiary of Porsche. Prior to that, he spent seven years in various positions at the family-owned company Festo, a global leader in automation technology.

The graduate engineer studied electrical engineering and information technology at the University of Stuttgart, and parallel to that, law at the FernUniversität in Hagen. He then obtained Master's degrees in Business Law and General Management with periods of study in the US, UK, Sweden, Japan and South Korea. He received his doctorate as a multiple scholarship holder (Foundation for Family Businesses and EQUA foundation) at the Witten Institute for Family Businesses (WIFU) at Witten/Herdecke University

Marco Henry Neumueller is a member of the Stuttgart section board of the Wirtschaftsrat and was appointed to the Bundeswirtschaftssenat (BWS) in 2022. He is the founder of the platforms "Familienunternehmen im Fokus (FiFo)" (www.familienunternehmen.eu) and "Aufsichtsrat im Mittelstand (AiM)" (www.aufsichtsrat.eu) and publishes regularly on topics related to family businesses. In addition, he is a lecturer at the International School of Management (ISM).
