Tetiana is an Executive Consultant at Odgers Berndtson Ukraine.

She is focused on attracting new clients and developing partnerships with companies from the Agro, Pharmaceutical and Military-tech industries. She also specializes in searching for С-level executives in Ukraine and abroad in the following spheres: Banking, IT, Professional Services, Fin-tech as well as Industrial and Public sectors. She has a successful experience of recruitment of Supervisory Board Members, General Managers, Chief Operating Officers, Legal Directors, Production and Sales Directors, CIOs and Heads of Digital Development, CTOs and Chief Engineers.

From 2019 to 2021, she worked at an international pharmaceutical company, and provided business support, including document flow, training of sales representatives, preparation of presentations and professional events. 

She holds a master's degree in English and French philology from Sumy State Pedagogical University named after A.S. Makarenko and an International Hogan Assessment Certification.
