Aaron Ashton

Aaron Ashton is a Partner in the Odgers Berndtson Dubai office.

He is a member of the Global Industrial team, focusing on senior executive assignments working across Process Industries, Specialty Chemicals, Advanced Materials, Manufacturing and Metals, Mining and Minerals.

He has been based in Dubai since 2019 and works across the MENA region.  Aaron has over fifteen years’ experience in executive search at board and senior executive level. Before joining Odgers Berndtson, Aaron led the international development of a UK boutique executive search firm working with investors across Asia and the Middle East. Earlier in his career, Aaron helped establish and grow an executive search firm for TES Global, a PE backed media company.

He completed his degree through The University of Manchester and his MBA at Henley Business School.
