Andrew Lees joined Odgers Berndtson in January 2007 and is a Partner in the Glasgow office.
He has responsibility for a cross section of senior appointments in the Scottish private and public sector. Andrew has a BA (hons) in English Literature and Modern History from the University of Strathclyde.
He began his career with the Motherwell Bridge Group on a graduate programme where he worked as part of the in-house engineering and technical recruitment team. He left in December 2002 to take up a new challenge in Oil and Gas sector recruitment for Brunel International where he was responsible for permanent placements and in Autumn 2006 opened their Aberdeen office.
Since joining Odgers Berndtson, he has worked with on a wide range of assignments across Financial Services, Professional Services, Not for Profit, Public Sector, Education, Sports, and Engineering. Andrew has assisted clients in appointing key people in all functions including; Chief Executives, Finance Directors, Non Executive Directors, Legal Partners, Risk Management, and other senior management roles.
