Christina Gilbert is a Consultant within Odgers Berndtson's Leadership Advisory Practice, based in Toronto.
Leveraging psychometric assessments for talent recruitment and development, she provides senior leaders with valuable insights into their unique strengths, performance potential, and areas for development. Whether they are being considered for a new position or wanting to be more successful in their current role, Christina helps them understand and expand their leadership capabilities to enable them to achieve their career goals and drive better business results. She also consolidates assessment data into reliable and meaningful insights to inform talent and organizational decisions.
Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson, Christina was an Assessment, Succession and Analytics Consultant at a large global talent consulting company. Before that, she worked as a Research Team Consultant at an HR tech start-up, where she created assessment reports and interpreted the findings to support actionable professional and personal growth.
In addition to staying current on organizational psychology and leadership development issues, Christina is a certified Hogan Suite and Saville Wave assessment practitioner. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the University of Guelph.
