David Gomes

David Gomes is a Senior Consultant at Odgers Berndtson Portugal.

He currently focuses on Strategic Human Capital Consulting projects, on topics such as Talent Strategy, Leadership and Team Development and Organisation and Culture Transformation.

He was previously a Business Developer of technological solutions, including a Talent Management platform with gamification, where he was involved in numerous Employee Engagement, Onboarding, Competence Mapping and Performance Assessment projects, among others.

He was also President at Junior Enterprises Europe, in Brussels.

He completed a Master's Degree in Management with a Major in Data Analytics at ISEG - Lisbon School of Economics & Management and a Bachelor's Degree in Management at ISCTE – University Institute of Lisbon.
