Deborah Whitehouse

Deborah Whitehouse is a Partner in the Industrial Practice, based in London.

Her focus is on board and director-level appointments in multi-nationals, SMEs and private equity firms. Her experience covers a wide spectrum in the industrial sectors including rail, engineering, power & energy, renewables and utilities, aerospace, automotive and metals.  

She brings over 20 years' experience of working on European and international searches for industrial clients, including assessment of global management teams.  Deborah moved into search from Alcan in 1995 where, as a Divisional Commercial Director, she created and led a successful strategic joint venture with a German business.  

Deborah holds a B. Commerce degree from the University of Birmingham and is a German speaker.
