Isabel Howard

Isabel is an Associate in the Schools Practice, based in London.

Before joining Odgers Berndtson, she was part of the International Recruitment team in a global education recruitment firm. Prior to recruitment, Isabel completed the Teach First programme, spending two years as a Mathematics teacher in Kent, obtaining her PGDE in Secondary Education.

She graduated from the University of Bristol with a degree in Social Policy and Quantitative Research Methods. She is a Governor of Clapham Manor Primary School in London.
