Throughout his career, he has successfully led Strategic, Commercial, and Operations areas in organisations such as Odgers Berndtson, Stanton Chase, AUNA, Grandvision, Adidas, Alicorp, and Biomont. He has developed extensive expertise in strategic consulting, organisational culture, team leadership, talent development, and process optimisation.
He holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina, an MBA from Universidad del Pacífico, a Master's degree in Digital Marketing and E-commerce from the University of Barcelona, and a specialisation in Sales Management from ESAN. Additionally, he is certified in Hogan Assessment and Organisational Culture.
